Instructor - onboarding programmes (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Loom Medical Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials.
