Instructor - onboarding programmes (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Spokane with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
