Instructor - onboarding programmes (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is a Spokane company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
