Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in Seattle. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
