Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
