Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
