Instructor - onboarding programmes (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Ember Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
