Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Jose, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
