Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Jose, CA)

Summit Bright Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Jose, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
