Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Umber Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
