Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Diego, CA)

Cedar North Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in San Diego caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
