Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Diego, CA)

Summit Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Diego, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
