Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Loom Learning Group is an education provider in San Antonio serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
