Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Technologies is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
