Instructor - onboarding programmes (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
