Instructor - onboarding programmes (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Salt Lake City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
