Instructor - onboarding programmes (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
