Instructor - onboarding programmes (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
