Instructor - onboarding programmes (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Haven Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Sacramento caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
