Instructor - onboarding programmes (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
