Instructor - onboarding programmes (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
