Instructor - onboarding programmes (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Technologies is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
