Instructor - onboarding programmes (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Rochester, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
