Instructor - onboarding programmes (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
