Instructor - onboarding programmes (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Richmond, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 947 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
