Instructor - onboarding programmes (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Glen Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 431 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
