Instructor - onboarding programmes (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Richmond. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
