Instructor - onboarding programmes (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ivory Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
