Instructor - onboarding programmes (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Clear Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
