Instructor - onboarding programmes (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Drift Health provides primary and specialty care in Reno. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
