Instructor - onboarding programmes (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Clear Care Services provides in-home and community support in Reno, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 611 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
