Instructor - onboarding programmes (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Thistle Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
