Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Foxglove Meadow Staffing places workers with employers around Dallas, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
