Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Clearpath Field Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
