Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Northwind Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
