Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
