Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Analytics designs and makes medical devices in Charlotte, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
