Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
