Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Basin Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
