Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in certifications. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
