Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Birch Care Services provides in-home and community support in Nashville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
