Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Baltimore caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
