Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Amberfield Vale Staffing Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
