Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Madison, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
