Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tulsa. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
