Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tulsa, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
