Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
