Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cross Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
