Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Clearpath Summit Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
