Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Foxglove River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
